MEASURING YOUR PUPILLARY DISTANCE
Your prescription is not complete without one last little detail, the PD or Pupillary Distance. To find your PD you’ll need a ruler and a mirror, but don’t worry. It’s simple and easy to find!
HOW TO MEASURE PUPIL DISTANCE (PD)
Pupillary Distance is a measurement of the distance between pupil to pupil. It’s measured in millimeters and can be easily calculated in front of a mirror with a ruler. Just put the 0 directly beneath the center of your right pupil, and then measure the distance to the center of your left pupil. It’s that easy!
