I got these glasses in a script with the premium lenses. They took 3 weeks to get. The tinting works as intended and they are comfortable. They fit but I find that they slide off the face very easily. Looking down, even at your keyboard, forces you to adjust the placement of the glasses. Stand up and looking at you feet, they slide off entirely with 0 effort. The legs are straight, but they hold so loosely to the sides of your head that the only thing holding them up is the nosepads, and God forbid you have even a mildly oily nose. I don’t think I can return them, so I guess I’m just out 300 dollars.

Even though the style is good and the tinting works exactly like they say it does, what good is it if I they don’t want to stay on my face for any period of time?

Joshua, Have you tried adjusting the nose bridge?

Got a pair of these probably 4 years ago. Never had issues with them. They feel a little flimsy but don’t let that fool you. They are strong, lightweight, and look good. They have adjustable nose rests that are pretty grippy and caused no slipping issues for me even with oily skin. Adjustment is key. I plan on getting a crystalline pair with my RX to wear as my daily glasses as my job and gaming after requires me to wear a headset for 15 or so hours a day.

I bought these a little over a year ago as prescriptions. They are like any other Gunnars that I have had for the past 6 years, except as other person said, they tend to fall off very easily. I have had them fitted to my face twice by my optometrist and yet they still like to slide off any time I remotely try to look down. This has been a very frustrating year for me because I am a fairly active person. I play a lot of different sports, and these glasses have caused me to nearly stop playing some of these sports. I plan on ordering a new pair in a week and they will not be these frames. This frame is the only pair I have gotten from Gunnars that have this issue. These frames would be better suited as a dedicated gaming/computer pair, but not everyday glasses. The lenses themselves have been fantastic like every pair of Gunnars I have had.

I sit at computer every day for work. I got these to ware with my contacts, as I need readers. I was told by my optometrist that I need to get a +1.00 -+1.50 reading glasses. I did some research and I read online that these are a +1.00. I have had them for a few months, and I don’tthink they are a good reader. I took them into my optometrist when I went in for eye exam and she read them with machine. they read at +0.25. I am doing more research online, and now I can’t find where it says what magnification they are. I just wanted some good reading glasses to use when I work at computer all day. I have several pair of Gunners, sunglasses, etc that I use when on shooting range and driving. I love the way they fit, but I really need readers.

I have had these for over 3 years and only have 2 complaints. Those nose bridge shows little to much metal and tends to dig into nose a bit, took it back to store and they couldn’t do anything for me (local eyeglass shop) and the other is the arms that go around your head start to wear over time and become rough and jagged and start to rub on ear. I just flipped them over to use the other side and that helped prolonged life.

I have NEVER had issues with these falling off my face other then getting bumped. These fit perfectly, as a matter of fact reading some of the other reviews I tested it, I had to shake my head quite violently while looking down at the ground before they actually came off.

The glasses definitely helped with long hours in front of computer screens. I don’t work or game without them now if a screen is involved. No more eye unusual eye issues.

The nose rest is very thin. One of them snapped off after about three years. Pretty disappointing. This was not due to user error. I wouldn’t buy any of their glasses that have such a flimsy nose bridge.

I’ve had these for at minimum 8 years, never had an issue. They’re light, but they’ve survived multiple moves throughout high school and college and have never broken.
