Our team is dedicated to ensuring you’re 100% satisfied with your GUNNAR glasses. If you’re having trouble with sizing, lens tint, or frame style, we can exchange or return them for the cost of shipping.
GUNNAR is not responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price of any non-prescription orders returned within 30 days of the ship date. The purchase must have been made through GUNNAR.com, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA#). See steps below to get your RMA#.
Process for Non-Prescription Exchanges and Returns
All prescription sales are final and nonrefundable, but are eligible for certain changes under the warranty policy.

Ship your glasses in the original packaging with your RMA# to:
