Exchange & Return Policy
We have a thirty (30)-day, hassle-free exchange or return policy for our non-prescription glasses or sunglasses, plus any non-eyewear accessories. All prescription orders are final and not eligible for return.
We offer free exchanges for all eligible products. If you would like to switch to a different frame style, frame color, lens tint, or lens power, we’ve got you covered. You have 30 days from receiving the glasses to use our exchange & return portal. International customers are ineligible for exchanges.

Please note that all returns will include a handling fee for the return shipping label. The exact amount of the fee will be determined based on your location.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day, 12-month, or 24-months (depending on GUNNAR performance level) warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Prescription Order Change Policy
For prescription orders purchased through GUNNAR.com, we offer a one-time change option within 120 days of the ship date. You can request a change of frame, lens tint, or updated prescription.
Please note, additional costs may apply for changes that include higher-cost frames or transition lenses. You'll need to ship back your original prescription glasses at your expense.
