Our team is dedicated to ensuring you’re 100% satisfied with your GUNNAR glasses. If you’re having trouble with sizing, lens tint, or frame style, we can exchange or return them for the cost of shipping.
GUNNAR is not responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price of any non-prescription orders returned within 30 days of the ship date. The purchase must have been made through GUNNAR.com, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA#). See steps below to get your RMA#.

All prescription sales are final and nonrefundable but are eligible for a change in frame, lens, or prescription within 120-days of the original shipped date. If you’d like to request a change, review the prescription warranty and change policy and submit a claim.

Step 1:
Chat or email Customer Support to receive your return authorization number (RMA#).
Step 2:
Ship your glasses in the original packaging with your RMA# to:

*Your RMA# must be provided with your return shipment to prevent any delays in processing time.
Step 3:
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your exchange or return once your package is delivered.
Step 4:
You’ll receive an email notification once your exchange or return is processed.
