Domestic Orders:

GUNNAR is proud to offer free Domestic Shipping on orders over $59.99.

Non-prescription orders placed before 11:00am pst will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 11:00am PT will be shipped during the next business day.

Prescription orders, due to high order volume during the holiday season, will be processed and sent to our lab within 5-7 business days. Our lab will typically complete and ship prescription orders within 10-14 business days. 

 
Protect Your Order with SavedBy

Add SavedBy Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If something happens to your package, SavedBy lets you request a replacement quickly—no need to deal with the carrier directly.

Removing SavedBy means your order will not be covered, and any issues would need to be resolved through the shipping carrier. We recommend keeping it for peace of mind, especially for higher-value orders.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes:

All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for specific information regarding applicable fees and regulations.

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs duties or additional shipping charges, a non-refundable $60 restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges (both original and return) are also non-refundable.
