Non-Prescription Warranty Policy
We offer a warranty for non-prescription purchases made on GUNNAR.com or at authorized GUNNAR retailers in the U.S. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for either 30 days, one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the product performance level.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on frames, lenses, or coatings.
To file a warranty claim, you'll need:
1. Order number (for purchases on GUNNAR.com)
2. Proof of purchase (gift receipt, invoice, receipt, etc.)
3. Purchase date

Prescription Warranty Policy
The GUNNAR prescription warranty policy covers your frame against defects in materials and defects in the lens AR coating for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Please note that scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under the GUNNAR warranty. Additionally, damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper use, or improper storage are also not covered under warranty.
To make a warranty claim, you will need the following information:

2. Proof of Purchase (gift receipt, invoice, receipt, etc.)

Prescription Order Change Policy
For prescription orders purchased through GUNNAR.com, we offer a one-time change option within 120 days of the ship date. You can request a change of frame, lens tint, or updated prescription.
Please note, additional costs may apply for changes that include higher-cost frames or transition lenses. You'll need to ship back your original prescription glasses at your expense.
We're here to ensure your satisfaction with your prescription eyewear. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day, 12-month, or 24-month (depending on GUNNAR performance level) warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.
Our team will review your claim and provide notification of approval or denial within 1-3 business days.
