WARRANTY POLICY

GUNNAR WARRANTY POLICY

GUNNAR Warranty covers products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date, and (2) years for defects in Rx lenses. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear, and are not covered under the GUNNAR warranty. There is NO warranty coverage provided by GUNNAR when an item is purchased through eBay or any non-authorized dealer including Amazon non-authorized resellers.

To be eligible for the GUNNAR Warranty, please register your eyewear and upload proof of purchase: gunnar.com order number or a photo of a purchase receipt. Visit www.gunnar.com/product-registration to register your eyewear.

 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

For valid warranty claims, the purchase must have been registered through our website and accompanied by the warranty registration confirmation email. If you have registered your GUNNARS, we will repair warranty-covered eyewear within one (1) year of the purchase date.  If the style has been discontinued or is out of stock, you will receive store credit for an item of equal value to be used on gunnar.com. For additional help call GUNNAR Support at 888-486-6270, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST,  or email salesops@gunnars.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

GUNNAR PRESCRIPTION WARRANTY POLICY

The GUNNAR Rx warranty covers the frame against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original purchase date. Warranty covers defects in the lens AR coating for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Warranty also covers a (1) time change of Rx by the Doctor, or change of frame for a period of 120 days from date of original purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear, and are not covered under the GUNNAR warranty. Any damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper use or improper storage are also not covered under warranty.

PRESCRIPTION Rx WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

For valid warranty claims, the purchase must have been registered through our website and accompanied by the email of the warranty registration confirmation. To be eligible for the GUNNAR Prescription Rx Warranty, please click here for warranty submission and upload proof of purchase, gunnars.com order number or a photo of purchase receipt. You will receive an email confirmation claim number after submission. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For valid warranty claims, the purchase must have been registered through our website and accompanied by the WMA# emailed with registration confirmation.

Note: ALL RX Orders are final and nonrefundable.

Please allow four to six weeks for prescription Rx repairs. If frames need to be replaced and original style has been discontinued or is out of stock, you will receive an alternate choice.
